Initially, she rejected the role because she thought it was too fragile. Glen later wrote the role with a more powerful character, Sheba. The Living Legend was accepted after she read the first 25 page script. It ran for a single season. The actress was in Joyride in a film from 1977 featuring Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) and together with Robert Carradine. In 1987 she co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
