After a short absence from WWE in 2009 Vickie was back as the official Consultant to SmackDown before devoting her services to Dolph Ziggler who briefly held his World Heavyweight Title under her guidance. Guerrero went on to become Raw's managing supervisor for Monday Night. Her decision to do this led her break up with Ziggler as well as earning the displeasure of the McMahon Family. Their conflicting opinion about Vickie resulted in the public judging of her work. It was the WWE Universe also evaluated Guerrero's work, in addition to Mr. McMahon. A WWE App poll revealed that 75 percent of WWE Universe members felt Guerrero was not performing her duties well and this led to Guerrero being sacked. Vickie McMahon stunned everyone when rehiring her to be SmackDown's general manager. SmackDown general manager only a few days after her departure from Raw. Vickie got herself into some more troubles in the upcoming weeks by doing The Authority's wishes. Vickie Guerrero took part in Roman Reigns against The Authority's wishes to participate in The Authority's favored WWE World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match Qualification Battle Royal after Stephanie McMahon spilled a toxic iced tea (and maybe a little more) on Guerrero. Vickie was forced to put her job in danger the following week, and was forced to take on Stephanie McMahon. This bizarre match involved a bathtub filled with an odiferous brown substance. When Stephanie was victorious by tossing Vickie into the mess, she immediately dismissed the SmackDown General Manager. Vickie went out with a bang when she threw an unsuspecting Stephanie directly into the muddy mess!
