Shannon Spake

Shannon Spake, born July 23rd, 1976. She is a NASCAR reporter and college basketball and football reporter for Fox Sports. Prior to joining Fox Sports, Spake worked for ESPN. She has contributed to SportsCenter's before- and after-game reports. Additionally, she was a sideline reporter on ESPN basketball and football matches, she was a reporter for the SEC. Spake was an additional reporter for SEC Network (owned by ESPN). Prior to joining ESPN, Spake worked at Speed Channel, where she hosted NASCAR Nation in its second version (June through November 2005) and was also a reporter on the show's first (February to the month of June in 2005). Back Seat Drivers was also hosted by Spake and Marty Smith. Her previous on-air jobs included stints at WCCB in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as Carolina Sports and Entertainment Television.
