CharliTito Ortiz, born in Huntington Beach on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz was his birth name. He was a resident of Huntington Beach until he moved to Santa Ana, California. Ortiz is half-Mexican on his paternal lineage. His father was Sam Ortiz and he gave him the nickname Tito. He was a troubled child because both of his parents were addicted to heroin. He was in bands. He also took drugs, such as cocaine. He was put in juvenile halls as a kid. When he reached the age of thirteen, his parents divorced. He attended Huntington Beach High School where he wrestled. He was 18 when his mother kicked them out. Paul Herrera encouraged Ortiz's wrestling career and to attend the college. Ortiz was married for five years with Kristin his first wife. He then had a relationship with Jenna Jameson. The couple had twins. The couple is currently divorced. Amber Nichole Miller is Tito Ortiz's current girlfriend.
